By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. Your Seat

Your seat at the Stellium Salon is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Registration or verbal confirmation without payment does not hold a seat. The Salon is an intentionally intimate, capacity-limited experience; unpaid seats may be released to waitlisted guests after the stated payment deadline without further notice.

2. What Your Ticket Includes

Your ticket includes the full evening as described at checkout. Transportation, gratuities beyond those included, and any personal expenses are the responsibility of the guest. 

3. Payment

Full payment is due by the deadline stated on your invoice or checkout page. Where applicable, payment processing fees are itemized at checkout. All prices are in USD.

4. Refunds & Transfers

Because venue commitments, seating, and dining arrangements are secured in advance on your behalf, all sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.

Your ticket is transferable to another guest with the host's prior written approval, provided the transfer is requested no later than seven (7) days before the event. Stellium reserves the right to approve or decline any proposed transferee to preserve the composition and intimacy of the room.

5. Dietary Needs

Dietary restrictions and allergies must be communicated no later than fourteen (14) days before the event. We will work with the venue to accommodate requests within the format of the set menu; accommodations requested after this window cannot be guaranteed.

6. Itinerary Changes

The evening's itinerary — including venues, timing, and programming — may be adjusted at the host's discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to confirmed guests by email. Venue or schedule adjustments of comparable quality do not constitute grounds for refund.

7. Photography & Recording

Professional and candid photography and/or video may be captured throughout the evening for Stellium's editorial, marketing, and brand purposes. By attending, you consent to appear in such media. If you prefer not to be featured, notify the host in writing before the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

8. Guest Conduct

The Salon is a curated, private-table experience. Stellium reserves the right to decline entry or ask any guest to leave for conduct that compromises the experience of the room, without refund.

9. Cancellation by Host

In the unlikely event Stellium cancels the Salon, guests will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Stellium is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred in connection with attendance, and we recommend booking flexible arrangements.

10. Force Majeure

If the event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, venue closure, or public emergency), Stellium will, at its discretion, reschedule the event or issue a credit or refund.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Attendance is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellium, its owner, and its representatives are not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss or damage to personal property arising from attendance at the event or at third-party venues.
